@BestBuilderEverNOCAP pitch up, planes like the Starfighter and Voodoo suffer from the main wings blanking out airflow to the tail in high AoA maneuvers, causing an unintended pitch up and potential deep spin :)

Possibly the airfoil? Maybe u got flat bottom on the tail? Or maybe tail heavy, or a full proof suggestion is completely redo the flight model
