    Blue Note.
    It is a phenomenon in Aviation where an aircraft produces a "whine" like sound at a certain speed. This happens because the engine sounds and airflow converge into a comparable sound frequency. This sound is usually produced around the intakes of an aircraft. The Blue Note phenomenon is known to be caused by the F/A-18 Hornet and Hawker Hunter.

    The Su-57's howl is not an engine issue, it's a blue note.

    @AnotherRB Shot down?
    They break apart on take off and just blame it on someone else saying they've been shot down.
