Auto Credit Based on Kimo's Lulatsch
To start throttle and pitch up 100%. Release pitch when airborne. Use VTOL to trim. For landing reduce throttle just a bit until in position for touch down than shut throttle down and use autorotation and VTOL to level up. And keep im mind that rolling will reduce the lift.
