I gave the windows a shot, after an hour or so messing around with them, I was pretty unsatified with what I had made.

@SweptBackWing14 yeah I tried that, but the step on the huge fuselages (.25) is way too big to get a good effect.

I built one too
You can make the fuselage block thinner, place what you want to look like the glass in a cockpit there, then make it thicker again to get a nudge like effect.
