Original Version is undergoing a complicated and tough development stage.
Sadly, my gf left me yesterday.
I'm extremely sad, which is why I resumed this thing's development (it was discontinued).
Not gonna lie, I don't have ANYONE — she was the last person who actually cared about me.
Without her, I have nothing but games to distract my mind from the emotional blow of being abandoned by the person I loved the most and still love.
(I wrote that just to vent, please don't mind my yapping.)
Now... here you go; I put something I made with love and enthusiasm on the table.
I made this version so you could get an insights into what it is going to be at its final stage — and YES; I turned a P-51 Mustang into a completely unrecognisable War Machine. The one version with full payload is like an A-10 wannabe with all those bombs and missiles.
(((ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION OF THE YF-77 JUST AS SPOILER)))
— · Announcing the YF-77B "Mosquito" · —
The YF/A-77B (YF: Prototype Fighter) is a Multi-Purpose Carrier-Based Fighter Jet that underwent development for a period starting in Mid-2024 and remaining inconclusive today. It is the successor of the F/A-72A Block 10, which was a Fighter Jet filled with malfunctions and having an horribly defective design. The YF/A-77B now needs to be released early due to its part count overcoming my phone's limits and making me unable to test New Features in Action.
It went from being a Turboprop Light-Attack, Patrol and Reconnaissance Carrier-Based Aircraft — to being a Carrier-Based Multi-Role Jet that is literally an A-10C Thunderbolt II wannabe.
It used to be poorly designed and even worse than it is now, until I began putting more attention to detail and started giving the plane lots of aesthetic and/or conventional features that eventually turned it into a BEAST in comparison with the silly and funny little P-51 it used to be.
One of the things that evolved the most was its cockpit, which was a Copy-Paste from the Pigpen (but began evolving shortly after it became a Fighter Jet).
This plane has had and probably still has a lot of malfunctions and issues in its design. Such as the ugly intakes, the bouncy landing gear (this has been partially fixed since I replaced the current game's Resizable Wheels with some "Pre-Updated" Resizable Wheels I found. It turned out that the bounciness of the Resizable Wheels was a problem of the game and not any bad doing of mine.
(UPDATE ON LANDING GEAR: THEY'RE NO LONGER BOUNCY, I MANAGED TO FIX THEM.)
However, I'd prefer to keep these wheels ratheR than using the normal Landing Gear because they've got really bad brakes. Remember that the YF/A-77B is supposed to be a Carrier-Based Multi-Role Jet — which is why normal Landing Gears are a BIG No-No for me.
I've already talked a lot, so I'll just give some specifications about the features and armament it has in its fully armed:
Fully Designed Cockpit (COMPLETELY FUNCTIONAL Ejection Seat, Radar, Radar Warning Receiver (RWR), Buttons/Switches, Flap Lever, Trim Lever, etc.)
Resistant Landing Gear to withstand the harsh Aircraft Carrier Landings (just don't blow up).
Tailhook (do I have to explain this?).
Foldable Wings so it can be stored inside an Aircraft Carrier's Hangar Bay.
IRST Targeting POD (Made by Kimhs).
8 AIM-9X Block II Sidewinder Infra-Red Guided Air-To-Air Missiles (made by FoxDynamicWeapons).
4 AIM-120D-3 AMRAAM Medium-Range Radar-Guided Air-To-Air Missiles (Made by Gabriel3855).
2 MASP-2 "Aguja" Anti-Ship Missiles (Fictional).
4 Small Anti-Ship Missiles.
2 GBU-12 Paveway IV Laser-Guided Bombs (Made by PenguinPilot12).
2 Mk82 SnakeEye Retarded Bombs (Made by Destroyerz117).
2 High-Explosive Torpedoes.
4 Dumb Bombs that could kill you if you don't drop them from atleast 650-1000m of Altitude.
4 Rocket PODS (the rocket pods in this one aren't the ones in the original version).
((DISCLAIMER: THE ROCKET PODS IN THIS ONE WERE MADE BY Kendog84))
3 20mm Gatling Guns (two on the Wings, one on the Nose Center).
2 .50 Cal Machine Guns (placed right in the middle of the two 20mm Gatling Guns on the Wings).
1 Under-Nose 1000mm Big-Boi Cannon.
ACTIVATION GROUPS:
AG1: Canopy
AG2: Fold/Unfold Wings.
AG3: Airbrakes + Drag Chute.
AG4: YEET! (Ejection).
AG5: Tailhook + Refueling Drogue.
AG6: Jettison Droptanks.
AG7: Jettison All Payload (Disarm First).
AG8: Arm/Disarm Weapon Systems.
AG9: Extend Fuel Probe.
It also has INT/NAV Lights, but I don't remember their Activation Groups because I'm lazy. You have the buttons to activate them in the cockpit anyways.
Made by Chaos_Slvt — or just Danny. Calling me by either of those names is fine.
