You still there?
@PlaneFlightX Check out this airplane, it uses the new flight module you wanted. Cruise speed is around 550 mph, and VTOL down will simulate flaps down so that you can cruise at 210 mph.
@SledDriver Okay
@PlaneFlightX I am. Have a little patience :)
Can you please work on the flight module now?
@SledDriver Ok, I understand.
And about the reusable feature of flight modules - I have several airliner builds planned, so I can reuse this in those builds.
@PlaneFlightX No, because that would be pointless and a one-off. The whole point of a flight module is that you can reuse it in multiple builds. You can always set the powerMultiplier on your engines to 0 to keep them purely cosmetic.
@SledDriver Also, I was wondering if you could build it into the plane itself, and use the plane's engines for power.
Ok@SledDriver
@PlaneFlightX OK. I'm working on something else at the moment, but I'll get around to it soon.
@SledDriver Also, I just tested it, and would like for the top speed to be somewhere in the 500-600 mph range, and for the acceleration to not be super fast, so it is realistic. Thanks!
@SledDriver Okay, I would like for all the controls to be deactivated by AG6, and VTOL down to be a sort of 'flaps' function for takeoff and landing/slow flying. Thanks!
@PlaneFlightX No problem :) It's only the first version, if you need any changes let me know.
@SledDriver Thanks so much!! I saved it.
@PlaneFlightX Here you go. 10% throttle for landing. VTOL controls pitch sensitivity.
@SledDriver Can you please build it soon?
@SledDriver Okay. It will be appreciated. :)
@PlaneFlightX I haven't started work on it yet, but it'll only take me an hour or so. I can post it later today.
@SledDriver Question: What is the progress on the airliner flight module?
Thanks, @PlaneFlightX. I actually think this is pretty basic...
This is crazy amazing for your first post!!
Nice work, @Randomdoggo. You could've asked me, I'd have been happy to give you a direct link.
@Spectre2520 Yes. I've only ever had the one account.
Is this your first posted plane on your current account??
@SledDriver you're welcome
