Background History

After 1921,the SCSAF (Sclipese Seaplane Air Force) was very short of good and reliable fighters and bombers. Due to this, the 2 best airplane manufacturers of Sclipa, Santoni and Tappa, came up with a fighter and a bomber respectively (will post the bomber someday)

The fighter that Santoni came up with was the IV.M. 26 (IdroVolante Modello 26) Storno.

It was developed around a streamlined body and swept wings, being the first fighter having them in the SCSAF.

Are you a fellow lover of flying boats? Possibly especially from Porco Rosso. I am personally a fan of 1930's Italian Schneider Cup flying boats.
