Let's kiskstart my Realism Series with a bang! I promise to focus the future Realism Series on, well, realism! I'll try my best to create aircraft that fly just like their real counterparts, by mimicking the real aircraft's specifications (powe-/weight ratio, wing loading, wing area, dimensions, etc.) This will result in a Realism Series aircraft that looks somewhat like the real thing, but flies very realistically. Any inaccuracies in flight is an inaccuracyof the SimplePlanes flight engine (or lack of Fly-by-wire controls...) Anyway, the default Wasp plane is completely unrealistic for an F-18; being 40% smaller, 50% lighter, and yet having 30% more thrust. So I present; a much more realistic F-18! This one has folding wingtips, proper weight/balance, all-moving tail wings, and (should) fly just like a real F-18E. Keep in mind that SimplePlanes does NOT simulate fly-by-wire controls, so it is a bit difficult to fly. On another note, limit your engine power to 60-70% for a more realistic experience., since it still has 30% more thrust.
