~ AG1 + VTOL up - Open glass cockpits
~ AG4 - Release all bombs at once
~ AG5 - Activate main rear gun and gyro
~ AG6 - Activate forward cockpit rear gun
~ AG8 - Deactivate some flight controls (mainly roll)
~ VTOL - Pull down to move bomb sight computer away
~ Guns are controlled with VTOL and Roll

WIKI

Officially named the 'FW-71 Schwarze Fledermaus' (Black Bat), crews affectionately named her Der Glassarg due to the fully glass cockpits and precarious exposure to flak and enemy aircraft fire.

Despite its odd look, a high number of planes could be produced in a short time span thanks in part to its compartmental design. Field crews also took advantage of this feature, by swapping out damaged portions with good ones from other aircraft. Additionally full planes could be transported via rail or truck in as few as five cars making spare parts accessible in short order.

The over-wing turbofan engines did not produce the velocity of other variants however, its ability to compress massive amounts of air allowed for high altitude bombing which was achieved by applying maximum power and a steep climb shortly before reaching the target in order to avoid freezing the crew to death.

Thanks to all the great builders out there who constantly inspire the creativity in these builds.

I hope you enjoy and please Upvote!

@Treadmill103 That makes total sense to me. Heck, if you wanted to go crazy maybe build a prison transport plane. Your builds clearly suggest there is a rival faction out there so you could develop two different types of beings. Who knows, it might even lead to an alternative build style as you develop craft related to the other side. Regardless, of what you do, your builds are still highly inspiring.

@Treadmill103 Well then let me throw both of us a curve ball. I'm going to do my next cockpit by invoking your asymmetrical style. If you do a pilot.... would it be of a human form? You do build in an alternate reality afterall.

@Treadmill103 Yes, admittedly, a part of me wanted to give it another chance at life, though all black was probably a poor choice. Definitely going to spend more time on this next build get the small stuff right. Can't wait to see your next build, they are always incredible (still would love to see your take an active cockpit some day).

@Treadmill103 Thank you again! Not sure what it is on this build but I just can't seem to get any public traction. Fixed and aded some features but otherwise she looks lost to history. Oh well, on to the next build.
