VTOL - wings rotation (8 - deactivate for control turret)
AG1 - activate turret (VTOL/TRIM for control)
AG6 - activate bay door (TRIM for control)
LandingGear - deactivate gyroscope
For take off put wings at vertical position, throttle > 55%. Before put wings at horizontal position and deactivate Landing Gear.
For landing activate Landing Gear and put wings at vertical position :)
