Doravan Orbital Research Installation

The Doravan is a small research installation meant to gather data from different planets by jumping from one to another using a Group 8 Gyroscope and its incredibly powerful space jump engines. For unknown reasons this engine can only be used above a certain altitude depending on the planet. Considering information about planet 8*^9-WPAP54 are still 97 light years from the closest processing node, its uncertain what altitude is the minimum for the activation of Group 1 Space Jump Engines.

Side note: An earlier probe picked some radio frequencies in which a juvenile film was being transmitted. The name Dori was in the audio log, but unfortunately it was not referencing D.O.R.I. We expected more from the radars belonging to the intelligent species living there.

As noted previously D.O.R.I. is not Dori which means it has no sea
capabilities, thats why it was equipped with a nuclear reactor with fuel for
half of the universe s lifetime and is capable of stopping on a dime.
