Woo! I love the new gyroscope! It lets me build helicopters without mods! Anyway...takeoff is about 40% throttle. Landing is around 35%. VTOL up turns on horizonatal jets. Above 250mph with the jets and throttle on 100%, angle down to about 5 degrees (the first tick on the heading thing at the bottom) for level flight. Top speed is a bit above 300 mph.
