2-3 - lights
4-VTOL upwards - close gear cavity door
6-VTOL upwards - open aerial fueling doors
8[off] - low maneuverability mode (shuts down tailerons and TV nozzles, but you can still control with trim, the normal ailerons, the internal TV rotators, and rudders)
