Tons of experimental design. A proof of concept for a non-paneled canopy.
Balaklaot ("trade wind" in Filipino) is a scaledown from its older, wing-flexing brother. It is designed to serve remote areas where demand is high but the airstrip is short. It has a marginal STOL performance, only needing 270m of runway to take off. It carries 98 passengers.
Features:
- Auto roll leveling
- 2-stage landing gear retraction (allows extended gears during autopilot mode)
- Proprietary PADC pushback attach points
Control Map:
VTOL- Flaps
Trim- trim
AG1- Master Switch (all controls except Landing Gear are under this. Deactivate 1 and you're going to be a flying potato)
AG2 - Open Gear Doors (To extend/retract gear, activate AG2 first, then Landing Gear, then deactivate AG2.)
AG8 - Disable auto-leveling

It looks very nice, but has more drag than an apartment building and power to weight ratio of a jet fighter.
sup lol
@Mustang51 thanks!
This is great! I especially like the method for the landing gear
muito bom parabens
@EternalDarkness lmao i didn't really touch the drag of each part. Will update it.
