Developed as a small, multirole stealth aircraft, the SV-3 was first designed in 2015 and finished in early 2017. It forst flew in 2018 and enteres sceevice the same year. It is mostly used with the IGV-2, a Loyal wingman drone. (I added lore to that finally) and both have yet to exit service.
