My version of the game is so old that I can't use the latest guns, so I installed a very small main turret for the ship. The turret is on by default, but there are not many practical application scenarios.

There is an anti-aircraft missile launching tower at the rear of the ship. Compared with the vertical launching shaft, the missile tower is more suitable for dealing with very close targets. The missile tower is one of the few weapons directly exposed to the outside of the ship. All the other weapons on board were placed in four weapon compartments on both sides.

There are two weapon compartments on the left and right side of the ship. There are two proximity guns and a launcher with anti-ship missile in the upper weapon cabin. There are two torpedo launchers in the lower weapon Bay.

This design is inspired by ancient sailing ships. This design greatly enhanced the stealth capability of the horizon destroyer, because the weapon would be covered by the baffle of the weapon compartment when it was not needed. On the other hand, it can also reduce the probability that the weapon will be directly hit by stray bullets, missiles or machine guns.
The proximity gun on the ship has real interception function. You only need to let the bullets from the turret fly between the missile and the bridge continuously to maintain the highest interception rate. Of course, if you are lucky, it can also be used to shoot attacking aircraft.
