The B-52 entered service in June 1955, designed to drop nuclear weapons on the Soviet Union. It is known as "the cadillac of the skies", but there is not much room anywhere. This plane was modelled on the orthographic image from wikipedia. It is pretty basic, with a very low power to weight ratio. There are no fiddly bits, like a bombbay, or missiles. I made the wheels retract as accurately as i could, one side folding forwards, the other backwards.
