Well, initially I had thought of building a smaller crane with similar capabilities but got lazy during the process
The shortened (and shrunk) 42009 chassis had a 5K horsepower engine, a broken 8 wheel steer with only half of the wheels powered (which is why it doesn't go straight when the engine turns on).
The crane itself is pieced together in 10 minute with two oversized pistons somehow managing the load. Quite decent if you ask me.
Group 1 and VTOL for rotation.
Group 2 and VTOL for elevation; trim for extension.
Group 3 is nothing.
Group 4 and VTOL is winch.
Group 6 is the magnets.
Group 8 is the engine.

If you want that vehicle, wait for it. There's a small bit of polish, but I'm sure it'll be out for everyone when it shall be out for everyone.

Anynow I thought about it twice and you can have the slightly more earlier version of it. here it is
