The purpose of the buisness center, or as its usually referred to as "Buisness central" is to allow companies big or small to have an area to work, there are 12 rentable zones in the south branch(primary tower), 18 in the west branch(secondary tower and large warehouse), and 15 in the north branch(tertiary tower and small warehouse).
Each branch has free local wifi, heating systems, and advanced wires(heavy duty ethernet cables) connected to the main comms tower in the middle.
The construction of the buisness center was quite controversial as its purpose was a mystery until it was finished, some say it was going to be a massive military base, and they are somewhat right, but it's also a stock market center, jet part factory, global economics center, electric engineering school, automobile part factory, entertainment studio, kitten adoption HQ, and a military contract office.
