Based off of SFR's 2242 - The HFP, is potentially limitless in speed. During testing speeds of 6000mph+ were recorded, the max speed achieved before the plane disintergrated was around 7567mph and the plane was still accelerating at the time.
To reach the high speeds it is better that you stay below 80,000ft. A more controllable version will be released soon.
