How it works? the center wings have a angle of +2 degrees to low angle flying, when the air drag does not affect, and manuevability is not required.
the mid-wings works at normal angle (0 degrees) like any wing.
and the tip wings are more thinner and have negative angle, why? At high angles of attack the planes loose lift normally in the tips first, affecting to the ailerons, making drag and the known ''aileron Yaw effect'' when result inverted the controls of the rudders and ailerons, because the bottom surface acts like a airbrake, making the dangerous 'Flat Spin''
