Hey , yeah i know. But i was so bored. Its a cross between a quad copter and a boat. They both work. FOR BOAT MODE --> select 2, slide vtol down . This will get rid of the propellors ( for copter mode slide to the center) . Once the propellors are hidden, unselect 2 and select 1. Engage trottle and slide vtol up to go forward and down to go backwards.FOR COPTER MODE--> (unselect everything first) then select 2 ,slide vtoll to a little bit above the center, then engage trottle (make sure that all the 4 propelors are above water )

For a quad it's very unstable, I'd work on CoM placement a little. Very interesting and fun to mess with! Creative little quadboat
