F-4 Fanutomu
My first airplane remodeling- I’ve tried my best to make at least generation 4++ plane out of this good old Phantom. And I’ve also wrote a little bit of history for that one. Well, it starts in OTL 2020 AD when Japan, after losing 3 more F-35 (they’ve already lost one up to the time I’m uploading this craft), decided to get out of the F-35 program, firstly because of its overpricing and secondly because of the far right-wing forces, becoming more one more prevalent in Japanese parliament- so they decided not to make or buy a foreign made 5th generation fighter- but instead decided to modify way older planes, so that they would be able to compete against Chinese Air Force, who were becoming more and more aggressive during the past few years. And so, the old Phantoms went through A LOT of modifications- just to make the compatible to J-20 and Su-57 and one hell the engineers did a good job making this plane.P.S. I’ve also outfitted it with COFFIN system from the Ace Combat series- notice the lack of cockpit glass.P.P.S. All credits to the creator of the original plane- great job, dude! Hope you’ll enjoy it! Have a nice day!
