VTOL can be used as trim and flaps. When taking-off set flaps to full and as soon as you lift off retract them to about 2-5% to maintain level flight. Activate3 toggles the air-brakes, these are useful for attack runs although you may need to re-trim when they are deployed. When landing it is best not to fully deploy flaps until the last bit to flare out the landing. Thank you. Hopefully you like it.
