This is a concept light but fast vehicle. It can't currently drive, because the back tires keep exploding as soon as it touches the gorund. You can pull up the compact turret by moving VTOL all the way up.

I think your problem may be the fact that it weighs 17 million pounds and you are distributing that over four wheels....... Drop some of the weight off of it and it could work
