Sorry for the delay comrades!

If you're wondering why this is late, its because my plans were thwarted yesterday and I couldnt release. So i decided to release it today. Anyway, backstory, specs, and more:

Backstory
As it turns out, it wasn't just the Phantom, it was a bomber aswell. Saslivez Uiolzar, a spy in DC, found the X-10 files. After he found these files, he immediately went back without even being permitted to report this. Although it was going to be "secret", John Donson was searching through his files. He saw the Phantom, some tank that has a horn as a weapon, (I'm not gonna make that) X-10 files, "Wait where are the X-10 files."

It wasn't so secret.

When the United States found out, they were unsurprisingly furious. They attacked Vladivostok and actually won. But since it was one of their own cities, they couldn't use nuclear weapons. And they couldn't use it against the US mainland either, since currently they had the Vozdok Treaty, which basically said nuke us and we annihilate you, and you die, we live. So instead, they sent 460 tanks to say "Hi, get off my dang property!" And that drove the Americans away, but they still had Vladivostok. But hey, it's the Soviets, does it look like,
