This boat walks across the water at speeds over 120 mph. The way it glides, it appears to fly over the water, while really it just grazes it. To control it, start in the water and set the vtol all the way down. Pulse the brake to start moving forward. Try to find the best rhythm to speed up. I suggest holding the brake to get out of the water, then letting go just as you touch the water again. (Once you get moving, try mashing the brake to get to speeds above 170 mph). You can try to start in the air, don't worry it will survive the crash as long as you land on water.
