Freive Four is one of eight covert operations aircraft operated by No.1 Special Attack Squadron. The aircraft contains various sensors and electronic warfare equipment in the rear fuselage and has a "snorkel" which permits the engine to run submerged for short periods.

The aircraft is the only Freive in the squadron not to carry the semi-nuclear cannon, with her pilot fitting a 57mm Molins gun in its place. Freive Four is also painted with a darker, glossier paint than the other aircraft.

Freive Four has been deployed during the invasion of Samira and flew from the SWS Agamemnon during the "Last Stand of the BoC". She has less firepower than the other aircraft of the "Flying Dolphins", but is capable of engaging targets at much greater range.
