The Bell P-39 Airacobra is a fighter produced by Bell Aircraft for the United States Army Air Forces during World War II. It was one of the principal American fighters in service when the United States entered combat. The P-39 was used by the Soviet Air Force, which used it to score the highest number of kills attributed to any U.S. fighter type flown by any air force in any conflict. Other major users of the type included the Free French, the Royal Air Force, and the Italian Co-Belligerent Air Force.

P-40 with a Zero on its tail
While it looks alright, its flight performance is really not good. Almost impossible to take off by conventional means, I had to give it headwinds to get it to even lift off. And even then once it's going fast enough to sustain flight, flying isn't exactly this things favorite activity, it constantly tries to roll over when turning and can barely pitch up. I can't believe I managed to land it without damaging it.

Your center of lift is far too back, it needs to be around the center of the wings, or just under the cockpit in this case. Additionally, less weight would benefit it.

Hopefully this helps, I do like the P-400, I just think this could've been more thoroughly tested and improved before it was posted.
