Fender Jazzmaster (Unfinished)
EDIT: VTOL is the whammy bar, forgot to put that in lol
About the Jazzmaster:
The Fender Jazzmaster is an electric guitar designed as a more expensive sibling of the Fender Stratocaster. First introduced at the 1958 NAMM Convention, it was initially marketed to jazz guitarists, but found favor among surf rock guitarists in the early 1960s. Its appearance is similar to the Fender Jaguar, though it is tonally and physically different in many technical ways, including pickup design, scale length and controls.
About this specific model:
It is a late 60s to 1970s style Jazzmaster in Dakota Red. I couldn't get everything down (radius, neck shape, etc,) because this is a plane game.
Couldn't get this finished because I had zero time when I started this project, and i had no motivation to complete once I came back to it. Sorry.
If you want to change the color of the guitar, you can adjust it in the first color box. I made a few here with actual Fender colors:
Notes:
-There is an issue where random black streaks appear on the headstock. I couldn't find out why this happened and how to get rid of it.
-This build is small for a reason. i tried to get it to be 1:1 scale lol.
-Some of the doodads and switches work. The upper horn switch is a rhythm/lead circuit switch while the more prominent switch on the right is a pickup switch.
-Do I have this guitar? No. I actually own the younger cousin of the Jazzmaster, the Jaguar, which is based off the Jazzmaster design. I prefer it a bit more because of all the fancy chrome stuff and shorter scale and a bunch of guitar stuff you wouldn't understand. Maybe in the future I will cop a Jazzy lol.
