LORE
The treachery of the nation of Kazia against the OFN and its corporate military supplier, Blue Sky Inc., has left Campania with thousands equipment without guaranteed spare parts, including Blue Sky HM-1 APCs. Thus, the Forze Armate was forced to seek for alternatives, bringing General Instruments into the stage. Using available technologies and schematics, General Instruments developed the later known as M15 Chariot speedily, complying with Forze Armate's specification requirements. Development both began and finished in 1997, and deliveries started only after 2 months after final trials.
