Heimatschutz A1

Auto Credit Based on EternalDarkness's 55 Part Challenge CLOSED
Rocketpowered interceptor built for Germany in 1944 under the Emergency Fighter Program. Drew inspiration from the Rammjäger and Triebflügel. Powered by a compact rocket-engine, the Heimatschutz A1 had a topspeed of almost 670 mph. Project was cancelled due to the difficult recovery process and low fuel supply.
Take off is selfexplanatory
To land, point the plane straight up and shut off the engine, until it stalls. Then use AG1 for parachute and hope that you end up on flat ground, using thruster for final few meters is recomended for best result.

Nice. I'll test it when I start judging, but I like the way it looks.
