Group 1: nosegear. Group 2: floats (both controlled by vtol slider - lever up is gear up, middle is gear down, down is self destruct). Activate Group 3 to steer in the water (yaw control). Group 6: missiles. You'll probably explode if the main gear is extended and the floats are retracted, or you retract the floats the wrong way. Now with vtol engine for more speed and better balance.
