Auto Credit Based on hockeymdog's 2.0 SPEED BOAT CHALLENGE
Very fast, very maneuverable and is a crazy boat. Fuel runs out quickly,but it is long enough to have a good joyride. Just go straight to 100% and go very fast (for a boat). These are the modifications to my later version. I didn't copy :)
