AX-1B Nightmare
The AX-1 is a WW2 era multirole aircraft designed and built by Vonteco Industries. The AX-1B is the attack / bomber variant of the AX-1 family. It was one of the earliest aircrafts to incorporate conformal fuel tanks which increase fuel capacity without sacrificing aerodynamics or pylon positions. It earned the nickname " Nightmare " as it was painted black and had minimal markings which made its appearance look dark as night. The AX-1B is equipped with a large payload of bombs, torpedos and rockets. The AX-1 family of aircraft were fitted with variable thrust engine mechanisms that greatly increase the aircrafts manueverability.
