Embraer ERJ 200
The Embraer ERJ 200 is a small narrow body regional jet aircraft. With it’s incredibly robust landing gear and overall construction, a certain European airline has been attracted to this particular aircraft.
Operation of Plane:
Activation group 1: Landing lights
VTOL: Flaps
Take off: As soon as the front wheels leave the ground, it is safe to pull up. When climbing to altitude, do not exceed a 50° angle.
Landing: For landing, you’ll need to go in low and fast. Another reason a certain European airline bought loads of these. I digress. On short final, just deploy flaps to the full downright position, extend landing gear, reduce throttle to 75%, and flutter just above the runway while cutting all power. This should drop the airplane onto the runway, but if not, don’t fret. After your first failed landing attempt, simply adopt a full nose down attitude and make contact with the runway.
And that’s it.
Disclaimer: I don’t have anything against Ryanair at all, whatsoever.
