Here's a small model of two "Solo" size rooms on a Japanese sleeper train, the Sunrise Express.
I saw a video of someone riding on this and it is so cool to me. All you need, just one bed, a small storage shelf, and a power outlet and a light. It comes with a blanket, towel, pajamas, and even slippers!
You buy a shower ticket when enetering the train for 6 minutes of hot water in the shower. You get to see an actual timer ticking down in the shower, which I really think is nice. We don't ever have that like in gym showers in the US, it just ends after a few minutes with no warning. On this train you can even pause the timer(and water obviously).
