The C-226 'Manta' super-heavy cargo aircraft is my first aircraft to exceed 100,000bls. It's over double that, in fact, wieghing in at 226,968 bls. Given its size and weight, it works surprizingly well, getting a pretty good glyde ratio, mile to the gallon and is even somewhat maneuverable! I had some trouble adding anything like doors and such, but I figured I'd improve upon it in a bit.
