The KC-135 aerial tanker is a large aerial tanker developed by Boeing on the basis of the C-135 military transport aircraft developed for the U.S. Air Force. The C-135 military transport plane is based on the Boeing 707 prototype 367-80. It is worth noting that although the C-135 and the 707 are both based on the 367-80, they have undergone different developments, so the military c-135 and the civilian 707 are completely different. Both are similar in appearance, but not in body size.
