RJ F-25 liberator 2 8.0
Introduction
Following the development of the F-24 Liberator it was decided to see if the airframe could be altered to include an additional engine and thus a greater payload etc. to further expand the aircrafts mission capabilities.
Controls
AG1= Reheat (flame on only with 100% throttle)
AG2= Engine start/stop
AG3= Thrust vectoring on/off
AG4= Droptank / arrestor hook
AG5= Airbrake
AG6= Nav lights
AG7= Eject
VTOL dn= flaps and extending leading edge
LG= Sequenced landing gear /doors
Details
So I built this around the concept of thrust vectoring. Now this has some interesting physics in SP, for instance on takeoff and low speeds thrust vectoring has a larger effect on the aircraft than at high speeds so it is possible to do the "cobra" manoever etc. but its also possible to twang the engines on the floor while on the takeoff run if you are not carefull / gentle. As for low speed manoevers, you can get into trouble but it has plenty of power to get you out of it as well.
Armament
I have armed it with two custom Meteor missiles, two custom AIM9-L sidewinders and 4 SP interceptors (keeps the part count down and stops me getting frustrated with SP connecting fins to things)
