I am on mobile. I apologize for the format. Tested on highest physics settings on android. This design features articulate wings. After toying with it for a bit it evolved into something very bird like. I really enjoy flying fast and close to the mountains with this thing. For take off throttle up 100%. Hit action #6 for VTOL nozzle control. Hit action #1 for VTOL engines. The plane will rise and begin to pitch up. As it does this, slide the slider down to halfway to the lowest mark. That seems to be the sweetspot. 50% throttle is about the slowest you can go and maintain stable flight. Action #2 fires up the two small jet engines underneath. When using #2 slide the VTOL slider all the way down. It can land on its belly and take off again, landing gear wouldn't fit properly into this design for me. Also, the game crashes if I hit the water with this plane for some reason. I hope you guys enjoy this thing as much as I do.

    @BogdanX it will be challenging but not impossible, especially not with being able to scale as well as disable collisions. That makes it easier to making designs with moving parts, with not having to account for parts colliding during movement. I'll have to toy around with it some.

    @BogdanX yeah, the eagle and this design here are similar in that they are both bird shaped but that's about it. I don't think that I want to try to try to all out replicate a bird, as that has been done before and rather well. But the blend of animal and machine appeals greatly to me. So I envision something that is obviously a warbird of some kind but borrows heavily from nature.

    @BogdanX check this design out. It's one of my first, so it's kind of rough. But, I haven't seen many with article joints like this that function well. Let me know what you think. It is a design concept that I would like to revisit some day.

    @KingDeadshot and with that "salt is much post" you can see that someone told that guy he was acting like a jerk. And I commented that I agreed. So people are going to click on that and see what was said, then follow the link and read how that guy was acting and will learn that talking like that to other users is wrong. And they'll learn that themselves rather than me or you making a post telling them that isn't right, thus adding more wood to the fire and stirring up the drama even farther.

    @KingDeadshot people are going to talk bad about the moderators when punishments are made against them because they broke the rules. Things like that are just going to happen, I don't think that more attention needs to be brought to the fact that those things happen.
    The thing with Otter and Eternal ended up working itself out and an apology was made publicly on the forums. If need be the moderators interject into situations like that and deal with them accordingly. I don't think anymore attention needs to be drawn to that either.
    And your argument with a troll ended with that person getting banned by Seeras, so the system worked like it was supposed to in that regard.
    Instead of making a public post drawing attention to things like this I think it would be better to just lead by example through your actions and let the moderators do their thing behind the scenes and try their best to make sure everything is in order. I think that would be more effective.
    Also, I think that making a forum post showcasing a bunch of negative things and drawing more attention gives those negative things more power than they would have before.
    If something needs to be addressed in such a way to the entire community then I think it best to leave that at the discretion of the developers and moderators.

    @KingDeadshot what methinks specifically have you seen going on that you think needs to be addressed?

    Um, kinda a stupid question but: how do you fly this? LawL I can't tell if it's RCN or engine but I can't fly it its wings just make it lift its rear end up. I'm just a hopeless opus {THATS A REFERENCE!!!!}

    @Teus Yes, takeoff and landing leave something to be desired. But, I racked my brain trying to fit gear into that thing somehow and it just wouldn't work for me. I'm glad you liked it, it ended up being some kind of bird plane hybrid.
