That's right - a hovercraft. Use throttle to control the lifting fan (just keep it at 100% for usual use, or lower for more stability), and use WASD to control the thrust fan and rudder/thrust vector. It can also drive on water, to a limited degree.
It has no wheels; press B for air brakes
I tried my best to get it as stable as possible without a gyro, but in the end, it needed one. Press 8 to disable the gyro. With gyro disabled, I suggest only using 30-50% power on the lifting fan
