NEBEL was a work of Germany during WW2, five months after KLAVIER was made, the German engineers got objective to make it walk, but the war ended before engineers could end up the NEBEL. Seven years after war, the engineers of FRG (Federative Respublic Germany) found old blueprints of NEBEL, as an attemp to make the new machine of win, they started working at "walking death"
Sadly, NEBEL was made only in 1 exemplar, test shown that its too slow and already getting old
