Action Button 1 to activate periscope (Roll, Trim), Action Button 2 to activate all missile systems (including anti-air missiles), Action Button 3 to operate the flak battery (Roll, Trim). If you resurface and use cockpit mode you'll see theres 3 colored bulbs, if the Yellow Bulb is blinking the flak battery is active, if the Red Bulb is on all the missile systems and the missile bay are activated, if the Green Bulb is on the periscope is active.
