This specific van carries the prototype 2024 livery for all vehicles belonging to the SCDEMS. With some revisions, it may be in widespread use.
It is one of the vehicles seen driving up to Avalanche Airport, escorting rescue personnel in C-20s. As a thank you, the SCDEMS will be planning to build more of these to be sent to allies.
