Pz.35t suspension
Hello. Its been 3 months, summer vacation is over, and I’m in my 3rd week of school. So, what happened? Boredom. I got bored of Simple Planes for a little bit, and during the times I did play, I spent it building other creations (Explanation of what I will do with them at the bottom). The locomotive will need some tweaks before I post it.
Anyways, this is my first attempt at making working tank tracks. My first attempt was a Pz.35t light tank. It doesn’t have a realistic max speed, and the return rollers suck. The reason why the return rollers suck is because they are resizable wheels. I used resizable wheels to try and make the suspension have low part count and because I was lazy in wanting to deal with making them from fuselage parts on a small rotator. In doing so, the tracks go through the main part of the wheel, and only interact with the connection point.
The creations I have made are 4 simple planes, reason being was i just wanted a creation that looked like said plane and had a somewhat realistic plane.
Mig-21:
This is the most detailed out of the 4. Its flight model is weird, the plane barely reacts to any change in pitch input. I would like for somebody to help me with the flight model. This plane is also (maybe) the first creation I have used variables in.
Fokker Dr-1:
This is 3rd for the most detailed. I would like for somebody to disable the rotaion forces rotators create in the files so the rotary engine to spin fast and to force the plane to rely on the rudder deflecting air in order to turn rather than using the rotor forces to turn.
F-104:
The only problem with this creation right now is the fact that it rolls constantly. I will try to re-center the pieces before I post this.
F-86:
Right now, its missing the front part of the canopy. Other than that, it is a simple F-86
