This aircraft was designed as a prototype fighter by Albert S. Heinrich and was built by Victor Aircraft Corporation, the fighter was very aerodynamic and would have been a good fighter, but the U.S. favoured foreign aircraft and the Heinrich pursuit was instead converted into a fighter trainer
