Bullpups your truck.

This is a replica of a 1967 Chevrolet C60 medium duty truck that has been modified to become a seaplane tug. In order to accomplish this, the frame has been chopped rear of the cab and extended past the front of the original chassis. In order to get power to the front(?) wheels, power is sent from the transmission to a 4WD transfer case which has had it's rear driveshaft disconnected, and is now only sending power to the front(?) axle. The front of the tug features a lift deck with four functional hydraulic cylinders, many magnets to clamp down seaplanes of any shape and size, and a boomerang front axle to keep the wheels parallel with the ground at all time.

Other modifications include a rear mounted toolbox containing two Jerry cans, a trunk jack, a breaker bar, a torque wrench, and a smaller tool box, complete with a hydraulic pump to drive the hydraulic lift deck, a rotating beacon. interior controls for the lift deck, a CB radio to communicate with ground crews, and a makeshift "stay put" cable holding the transfer case selector lever in 4-High to keep the front(?) axle engaged at all times.

The truck features a fully modeled engine, functional driveline, functional steering linkage, functional leaf springs, functional steering wheel, functional turn signal stock, functional shifter, an openable hood and tool box, as well as being decorated with a Penguin Flight Services livery, rust, Maine license plates, and a Pungent Pines: Gasoline air unfreshener.

Credit for the Haveland Marmot seaplane as well as inspiration for this tug goes to rfostoria. I highly recommend taking a look at some of his creations.

CONTROLS:

Pitch and Roll to drive.
VTOL to raise and lower deck.
Act 1 and 2 toggle turn signals.
Act 3 toggles the reverse lights.
Act 4 toggles the magnets mounted to the deck.
Act 5 toggles the rotating beacon.

Buttons and a lever can also be interacted with on the interior and exterior of the vehicle to operate the lift deck and magnets, as well as open the hood and tool box.

Inverted steering version for those who want a more realistic driving experience

Enjoy!
