So the problem is that when i pull up to the max fast, the plane starts going crazy and goes rly f*cked up... so can someone help me know whats the problem and how to fix that? Thankyou

@HenriBobby it would also help to decrease the wing area of the main wings as this is creating a lot of drag that causes instability
So I dihedralise the vertical stabilizers less and it helped a lot but it is still doing this... @Willfraser

I think you need larger rear control surfaces and if that doesn't work, shrink the primary wing area
I downloaded and tested and the problem is that your stability is off so there is something wrong with your vertical stabilisers , maybe don’t dihedralise them as much ... also it has a lot of drag so when you turn it makes the craft unstable , finally if you decrease the wing area it will turn more smoothly :)
