Made to test how fast a VTOL I could make, (without using any mods, I've seen some crazy stuff around). It can get to around 1300 mph easily, but you can then forget about turning. Other than that, it's a fairly good VTOL, can hover around stably, takes off at 30 something % and handles nicely on water. Can recover easily from sinking.
